Filter Space Workshops

Workshops are a great way to enhance your photography practice through project development and hands-on skills building. We’re thrilled to offer workshops that foster creative development, professional practices, community building, and collaboration.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This series is all about developing your personal projects through portfolio development, writing about your work, and sequencing and editing your images. Designed to be taken independently or as a set, this series will help you take your work to the next level and build your confidence in presenting your work at photo festivals, to gallerists, and other photography professionals. Connect with other artists and advance your practice in a supportive environment. Offerings change annually, see the workshops below for more information.

MAKING IT WORK

For those that crave a more hands-on approach and want to build new skills with materials. Topics range from building clamshell boxes and bookmaking to mounting and framing your work. Engage with other makers and add to your skill set. Look for new workshops to be launched in this series annually.
